If you have mastered the basics of Fitness Kickboxing and are ready to " kick it up a notch ", then this program is what you have been waiting for! Learn accelerated skills inspired from the Art of Tae Kwon Do, acquire the knowledge needed to properly execute those movements and incorporate them into exciting combinations, and gain the ability to teach them in a Group Exercise setting. An emphasis is put on safety while allowing you to maintain the elements of fun and creativity in every class! Join Carol Teteak, ICEFIT Master Trainer and Martial Artist, for an in-depth journey towards "Mastering the Movements" of Cardio-Kickboxing.
